Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.). Deposits from accounts held in a third party's name are not accepted — the deposit account must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

zg99 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. Note that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus combined.

5.3 Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions and expiry period.
If a deposit is withdrawn after accepting a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
Claiming a bonus through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.
zg99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 Promo Codes
